08:45 sati Brifing + pozdrav načelnika općine Kaptol

10:45 sati Brifing “LIGHT” kategorije + pozdrav mjerodavnih, dvorište Ustanove Parka prirode Papuk
11:00 sati – Start “Light” kategorije iz dvorišta Ustanove Parka prirode Papuk (NEMOJTE KASNITI!!!)
Cilj: Za sve kategorije, Vatrogasni dom Velika
POSEBNA ZAMOLBA
- Molimo sve koji dođu u petak u Veliku da podignu startne pakete.
- Molimo vas doći u subotu u određeno vrijeme obaviti prijave, jer polazak autobusa i start utrke ne odgađamo.
- Prilikom podizanja startnog paketa za nekoga, a ukoliko ta osoba neće nastupiti na utrci MOLIMO DA O TOME OBAVIJESTITE OSOBE NA PRIJAVAMA te da za njih ne uzimate startni broj.
- Na okrjepnoj kontrolnoj točki NEMA plastičnih čaša, nosite svoje čaše ili bidone.
- Od 13:00-18:00 obrok na cilju u vatrogasnom domu Velika.
- 18:00 Limit za dolazak na cilj za sve kategorije, vatrogasni dom Velika
NAJBITNIJA INFORMACIJA
- Proglašenje pobjednika za sve kategorije je u 15:00 sati u Vatrogasnom domu Velika.
- Od 20:00 sati fešta u Restoranu Čiča Mata u Velikoj i proglašenje najuspješnijih u Treking i trail sezoni 2023.

08:15-08:30 Equipment check and entry of start numbers when entering the bus (prepare first aid, astrofoil, 1 liter of liquid, headlamp, glass or water bottle and cell phone with batteries on and charged)
08:30 a.m. Departure of the bus to Kaptol (DO NOT BE LATE!!!)
08:45 a.m. Briefing + greeting from the mayor of Kaptol municipality
09:00 a.m. Start of the Challenger category in front of the Old Town of Kaptol
ACTIVE category:

10:45 a.m. Briefing of the “LIGHT” category + greeting of the authorities, courtyard of the Papuk Nature Park Institution
11:00 a.m. – Start of the “Light” category from the yard of the Papuk Nature Park Institution (DON’T BE LATE!!!)
Goal: For all categories, Firehouse Velika
SPECIAL REQUEST
- We ask everyone who comes to Velika on Friday to pick up the starter packs.
- Please come on Saturday at the specified time to register, because we do not delay the departure of the bus and the start of the race.
- When picking up a start package for someone, and if that person will not take part in the race, PLEASE NOTIFY THE PERSON AT THE REGISTRATION OF THIS, and that you do not take the start number for them.
- There are NO plastic cups at the refreshment checkpoint, bring your own cups or water bottles.
- From 13:00-18:00 meal at the finish line in the Velika fire station.
- 18:00 Limit for arrival at the finish line for all categories, Velika fire station
THE MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- The announcement of the winners for all categories is at 15:00 at the Velika Fire Station.
- From 8:00 p.m., a party in Restaurant Čiča Mata in Velika and the announcement of the most successful in the 2023 Trekking and trail season.
